I had to complete blow away the last server install and start from scratch. I used the same Ubuntu image and discovered that it was an unsupported distro. So I edited the Netplan file as well as the apt archive files to allow me access to XRDP. I am now starting to rebuild my virtual labs on the server. This has been a trying time to say the least. The weird part is I found the struggle extremely exhilarating. This is why I know I am built for this. Finding the solution and fixing the issues as they arise are part of the fun.
